  • A deposit of 20% or $100 (whichever is greater) is required to hold an event date
  • The event date will not be held until the minimum deposit amount is paid
  • Dates are held on a first come, first served basis
  • If your event date is unavailable at the time your deposit is received, your deposit will be refunded
  • If the event date falls more than 3 months in the future, a second deposit may be required prior to 3 months before the event
  • If required, a second deposit will be up to a total of 50% of event total when added to initial deposit
  • If an event is cancelled prior to 3 months before the event, any deposits made over 20% will be returned
  • If an event is cancelled within 3 months prior to the event, any deposits made over 50% will be returned
  • If an event is postponed, any deposits made over 20% will be applied to the new event date
