Contract Information

A deposit of 20% or $100 (whichever is greater) is required to hold an event date
The event date will not be held until the minimum deposit amount is paid
Dates are held on a first come, first served basis
If your event date is unavailable at the time your deposit is received, your deposit will be refunded
If an event is cancelled prior to 14 weeks before the event, any deposits made over 10% will be returned
If an event is cancelled 1 to 14 weeks prior to the event, any deposits made over 20% will be returned
Any event cancelled within one week of the event will incur an additional $100 fee
If an event is postponed, any deposits made will be applied to the new event date minus a $100 fee
